Delete my data

Ella.ai connects to third-party accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Outlook) only when you authorize the connection. Data from those services is used to schedule content, import feeds, and show analytics inside Ella.ai.

Ella.ai does not sell personal data. We do not share OAuth tokens or social profile data with unrelated third parties.

Revoke access immediately

You can remove Ella.ai's access without contacting us:

Instagram / Facebook: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Ella.ai, or disconnect the brand in Ella.ai Settings → Meta.
Other platforms: Revoke the app in that platform's connected-apps or security settings, and disconnect in Ella.ai Settings if shown.

Request deletion from Ella.ai

To delete stored tokens, imported content, or other data tied to your account, email sarah@ella.ai from the address associated with your connected account. Include which platform(s) you used with Ella.ai. We will confirm when deletion is complete.
