Ella.ai is a content and operations tool used to manage and schedule content across connected social and email platforms. This policy describes what we access when you connect an account and how that data is used.

Data we access

Depending on which integrations you connect, Ella.ai may access:

• Facebook / Instagram (Meta): Profile and Page information, Instagram business account details, media, insights, and permissions needed to import feeds, read analytics, and publish content you approve.
• TikTok, LinkedIn, Outlook, and others: Profile and content data scoped to the permissions you grant during OAuth login.

How we use data

Data from connected accounts is used only to operate Ella.ai features you use: content scheduling, feed import, analytics, drafts, and approvals. We do not sell personal data or share OAuth tokens with unrelated third parties.

Retention and deletion

Connection tokens and imported content remain until you disconnect the integration or request deletion. You can revoke Ella.ai in each platform's app settings at any time.
